Individual adult sessions focus on you and your healthy living goals.  No matter what you are struggling with (depression, anxiety, burn-out etc..).  Together we look at how you are feeling versus how you want to feel. We become partners in your journey to feeling your best.

College & Grad Students

Being a student is hard! The school years are wrought with stress, insecurities and growing pains. Far too many students feel stressed, depressed and/or anxious. Many are also struggling with ADD/ADHD.  Through exercise, nutrition and therapy, we help students cultivate a sound mind and a sound body.  The work we do with students lays the foundation and sets the tone for a life long future of self care and healthy living. This is why we find working with teens so rewarding.



Work/life balance often starts within the company culture.  Stress relief and healthy living workshops in the corporate setting supports the overall wellness of a company's employees.  


As a mother, filling your wellness bank will be more challenging; but getting help to ensure your own well-being will secure the well-being of your entire family. 



Coming together to process, lend support, shed a tear and have a laugh allows for a very cathartic and healing experience. Coupled with our sound mind, sound body approach, the groups we lead offer participants a holistic experience that nourishes both the mind and body. Current Groups
