Anxiety

Have you been overcome with a sense of constant worrying? Has your worrying become difficult to stop or control?

When you feel anxious, not only is your mind jittery and restless, you can also feel it in your body. Persistent fear and worry creates an anxious mind and stressed body. Some feel it in their stomach, others feel it in in their chest. It can even manifest as ringing in your ears, or as digestive problems, headaches, insomnia etc..the list goes on and on.

Anxiety is common and for some it is a persistent state that can also lead to panic attacks. It makes sense that something that manifests as physical symptoms would respond well by also attending to the body.

Whether or not you are using medication to manage your anxiety, by also including exercise, proper nutrition and talk therapy into your treatment plan, you will be taking a proactive, preventative approach to keeping your anxiety and it's nasty symptoms in check.
